Blade: With plenty of every day utility, the plain edge Wharncliffe blade is perfect for just about task that requires a sharp edge. Built from reliable Japanese AUS 8A stainless steel and hollow ground for exceptional sharpness and durability, the Tuff Lite sports a stylish satin finish. The hollow grind also provides a fine point for piercing or detail work. Fully ambidextrous in operation, an oval thumb hole cutout is simple to use with no sharp edges to tear up your thumb. Close to an inch of notching on the spine adds some traction for secure use.

Handle: Cold Steel's Griv-Ex material is an extremely tough nylon formula engineered with an enormous strength to weight ratio. This one is Blue in color and has hollowed out grooves along with light texturing for traction. Dual choils toward the blade allow the user to cut confidently with the knife locked in the hand with a secure and comfortable fit for the majority of users. A mid-back Tri-Ad lock is simple to operate while delivering optimal strength and security over the life of the knife. A slot is provided for lanyard attachment.
