Details
The CRKT Jettison is designed by Robert Carter, who has spent years learning knife making traditions from his father, Joe Pardue and grandfather Mel Pardue. This small micro folder is big on utility with excellent ergonomics for it's size. Large extended lanyard loop makes it easy to attach to a keychain or add a lanyard. With big shoes to fill, like it's maker, the Jettison is out to prove itself.
The Blade: Wharncliffe style straight cutting edge cuts like a razor blade making a perfect companion for opening boxes or other day to day shores. The blade spine raises up from the handle to create a perfect resting spot to place a finger for additional control. integral flipper deploys the blade in a flash and adds a finger guard for safety.
The Handle: Smooth titanium handle frames feature a tumbled finish that's ready to go to work. Lower frame forms the lock and includes a simple overtravel limiter. A simple but cool feature is the extended backspacer that maintains the open construction while providing a tethering point.
