Designed by knife innovator Flavio Ikoma the Seismic carries the same inventive Deadbolt locking mechanism as the limited XOC in a more carry and budget friendly EDC package. This highly functional folding knife design comes with a black PVD coated stainless steel blade with Veff Serrations and black G10 handle scales.

Blade: The Seismic is equipped with a classic straight back blade and high height saber grind for functional utility and durability. The blade deploys fast and smooth on the IKBS bearing pivot via an index flipper or can be opened utilizing the thumb stud. The black PVD coated stainless steel blade offers a good balance of toughness, corrosion resistance and ease of sharpening for daily use. A partial section of Veff Serrations on the blade make quick work of rope, webbing or other fibrous materials. A discreet Torx screw in the handle allows for adjustment of the blade detent for a customizable deployment with an easier or more powerful flip.

Handle: The clean lines of the handles are ergonomic and secure in the hand with tough, textured G10 delivering excellent traction. The Deadbolt locking mechanism is as simple as pushing a button to operate while delivering robust strength. Steel pegs interlock with the blade when it is deployed to yield strength that gives uncompromising reliability even under serious weight. Exposed, PVD coated steel liners at the pommel are fit with holes for lanyard attachment.

Carries via a tip-up, stainless steel carry clip.

1.4116 Stainless: is a medium carbon content steel with a high chromium content that makes it very rust resistant. It is not hard to sharpen and exhibits better wear resistance than 420HC.
