Enrique Pena is known for his remarkable fit, finish and function as well as the blending of traditional and tactical in his designs. This Pena Custom Lanny's Clip Front Flipper is no exception. The hand rubbed satin finished CPM-154 blade is razor sharp, perfectly centered and super smooth with a modern, titanium liner construction. The handles call back to the old time slip joints but are made with handsome and rugged Micarta composite.

Blade: Shaped like your traditional clip point blade, this knife has a streamline, front flipper tab and deploys fast. The blade is made from premium, American CPM-154 stainless with a hand-rubbed horizontal satin finish and shallow hollow grind and has a razor edge. It rides on caged stainless bearings for a smooth operation and has a well dialed in detent which for decisive deployment.

Handle: Modern and clean in form and function, the frame of the handle is formed by two thick satin finished titanium liners. These liners also form the liner locking mechanism which provides solid, secure lock up with smooth operation. Giving the Lanny's Clip a more classic look are the green canvas Micarta scales with cross-cut natural canvas Micarta bolsters and backspacer all offset with black liner material. The knife is finished off with satin titanium hardware and a brushed stainless steel shield on the front.

CPM-154: CPM-154 is a particle metallurgy version of 154CM that benefits from the refinement in the PM process providing it with an increase in toughness and easy of finishing. CPM-154 takes a very fine edge and is highly corrosion resistant. Edge retention is going to be on-par with CPM S30V while being easier to resharpen. A great all-around blade steel.
