The Fox Knives 478 is a modern Karambit folder which offers the defensive and utility value of the traditional Karambit with the convenience of carry provided by the modern EDC. This version sports Gray aluminum handle scales, stainless steel liner construction and a blasted finished N690Co blade with flipper, blade hole and Emerson wave feature for deployment.

Blade: A blasted gray finish on the Hawkbill profile Karambit blade offers a discreet look while the saber grind and top swedge offer a perfect balance of strength and performance. Both point and edge are ultra sharp for utility or defensive use. An integral index flipper, blade hole and Emerson Wave feature provide a variety of options for deployment, fast or slow, riding smooth on phosphor bronze washers. The Wave opening feature is utilized by catching it on the edge of a pocket while drawing for instant deployment.

Handle: The handle is constructed using full-length, skeletonized stainless steel liners for rigidity with the Gray anodized aluminum handle scales with machined grooves for enhanced traction. A back spacer extends past the end of the handle to form a solid finger ring ensuring a place for every finger with any grip.

Carries via a reversible, tip-up carry black pocket clip.
