With a Gator Grip rubber over mold handle for traction in the hand the Gator machete is up for everything from backyard maintenance to bushwhacking and trailblazing.

Blade: The tough carbon steel blade offers nearly 17 inches of plain edge on the forward blade for tackling grasses, brush and small saplings. The spine of the blade is equipped with a nearly full length cross cut saw for making quick work of larger saplings, downed limbs and more.

Handle: The glass filled nylon handle core is ultra durable and lightweight while the Gator grip rubber over mold is comfortable in the hand and offers nearly unbeatable grip security thanks to the high traction. Both materials are nearly impervious to deterioration from exposure to the elements.

Carries via a nylon belt sheath with Velcro closure.

1050 High Carbon Tool Steel: Borderline high carbon steel, 1050 is good for various use but is better suited for large knives needing good toughness and shock resistance. 1050 has very low wear resistance and requires care to prevent corrosion.
