The Blade: The full tang blade of the Spine is made from 7Cr17MoV stainless steel with a heavy stonewash finish to hide wear and a full flat grind for excellent slicing performance. The blade has plenty of belly at the tip for skinning tasks and a gently curving drop point profile for optimal utility. Carving, skinning or food prep, the Vertebrae handles all but the largest tasks.

The Handle: The full tang construction makes the Vertebrae tough while the diamond textured rubber handles offer plenty of traction for security in the hand. The contoured scales fill the hand for comfort and an extra large hole in the pommel makes lanyard attachment a breeze.

The Sheath: The Glass Filled Nylon sheath offers a secure friction fit. An extra large steel spring clip allows for secure carry in the pocket or on a belt and was designed to accommodate the large, padded belts of hiking backpacks for ease of access.
