A more utilitarian version of the masterpiece GM5, the ACE Grand is the embodiment of the GiantMouse spirit: a knife with excellent materials, ergonomics, fit and finish, bold style and ease of carry. The ACE Grand is a beefy folder capable of some serious work with a bold style that easily transitions to urban daily carry. This version comes with a black stonewashed PVD M390 blade with matching hardware and red canvas Micarta handle scales.

Blade: Riding on a ball bearing pivot, the clip point M390 blade deploys fast and smooth via the ambidextrous blade hole. A dark stonewashed PVD offers a stylish, subdued look that hides wear well, while a scooped spine with jimping delivers a secure and ergonomic feel for heavy use. The robust 4 mm blade pairs with a high flat saber grind to offer a balance of strength with superior slicing performance. The Bowie-style clip point swedge has bold style and powerful piercing ability.

Handle: Hardened, inset stainless steel liners support contoured, blasted canvas Micarta handle scales for a robust and ergonomic handle that delivers traction even when wet. The stainless steel liner lock provides smooth operation and solid, reliable lock up for safe use. The bold, sweeping design creates an integral guard and pinky ledge for secure, controlled use while being comfortable in multiple grips. A black PVD coated titanium partial back spacer, matching Torx hardware, and generous lanyard hole complete the build.

Bohler M390: Bohler M390 (analog to CPM-20CV and CTS-204P) is a premium powder metallurgy (PM) stainless steel with high level edge retention and corrosion resistance. A popular choice for high-end production and custom knives, M390 is relatively easy to sharpen, with toughness on par with 440C/154CM.
