Details

The Farm and Field Tool family of knives built by Great Eastern Cutlery are known for their hard-working USA made quality at an affordable price point. The Bullnose work knife is no exception. This worker is a little less than seven inches overall with around a three inch blade length. Perfect size for the average Joe's hand.

The Black Micarta #71 work knife is brand new directly from Great Eastern Cutlery.

The Blade: This worker has no locking mechanism but what it does have is a strong backspring with firm snap opening into place. A pronounced half stop meets you halfway. An excellent overall utility-styled blade done in a drop point/skinner shape with a machined satin finish and Bull Nose Logo. This one has a little over half an inch nail nick pull opener groove in the blade.

The Handle: Thick, durable linen micarta handle scales have been pinned to stainless steel liners and secured with a brass lanyard tube, pins and steel pivot pin. The micarta is chamfered for a comfortable feel in-hand while the black coloring won't show signs of wear. The butt end of the handle curves downward to better grasp your grip.

At just under 2.50 ounces, the Bull Nose won't weigh you down yet will be one of the toughest knives on your work bench.
