Blade: The #86 Oil Field Jack comes with two blades situated at the same end of the handle. The primary blade is a large, flat ground clip point blade for tackling the heavy work and a flat ground coping blade for fine work. Both 1095 high carbon steel blades open with a snappy half stop via a classic nail nick and have a classy polished satin finish.
Handle: Antique Autumn Jigged Bone handle scales are fitted perfectly between dual polished nickel silver bolsters of the straight handle which has a subtle taper toward the blade-end where the grooved bolsters reside. The Autumn Gold Herringbone Jigged bone offers a warm, rich color and tactile feel in the hand along with added traction. All nickel silver has a bright polished finish on the #86 including the UN-X-LD Shield. Brass liners and pins round out construction.
Each #86 ships rolled up in wax paper inside a shipping tube with company information on the front.
