Freshly brewed #15 Beer Scout Knife with Cap Lifter and limited Charred Beer Barrel Oak handle scales direct from Great Eastern Cutlery. This version of the Beer Scout Knife includes an individually Serialized Bolster complete with matching serialized medallion made from the barrel's outer steel bands or hoops.

It becomes such a handy tool with the addition of the cap lifter as it not only pops your favorite tops, but also its tip can be used as a flat head screwdriver in a pinch. Brand new item direct from GEC.

The Blade: Unbelievably useful sheepfoot style giving the user nearly 2.5 inches of cutting edge to tackle most daily chores. Built from easy-sharpening, hard working USA high carbon steel with a nice upper swedge grind down the latter half towards the tip. The BS logo is engraved on the front and is opened via a long pull groove cut into the blade. It has a defined half stop and is smooth opening. In front of the blade is the bottle opener lever or tool. It also has a half stop during opening and has the same satin finish as the blade. They make quite a team!

The Handle: Smooth, fermenty true Charred beer barrel oak handle scales fit right in and offer a remarkable public house appeal. They are made from the charred interior portion of the barrel staves. Once formed, they're then pinned to brass liners and meet flush with a single nickel silver bolster design. It's two-slotted to make room for the cap lifter, so it's a bit wider in-hand than standard single-blades but not by much. It's a good medium-size that still won't take up too much room in your pocket. An easy open notch near the bottom welcomes the ring or pinky finger when gripped in the open position. Accents include a bail at the end and Beer Scout Knife nickel silver shield. 

It ships in a knife tube with wax paper protector, signed # of 225 Certificate of Authenticity, key ring medallion and Beer Scout Knife Club information on the front.
