Fresh from Great Eastern is the 2016 Navy knife with a Natural Canvas Micarta handle and stainless blade.
The Blade: About two and a half inches of cutting edge on this big sweeping sheep blade. Stainless steel cutting power with a nice satin finish. Nail nick opening with smooth operation and pronounced half stop. This is a non-locking slip joint folder.
The Handle: Smooth, contoured natural canvas micarta scales meet flush with nickel silver bolsters. They're secured to brass liners with pins and feature a traditional shield on the front. A bail is attached near the bottom of the handle.
New Navy Knife comes in a unique tube packaging with wax paper protectant.
