#06 in Sambar Stag. Brand new item directly from GEC.

Blades: Just over one and three quarter inches of cutting edge on the Spear Point profile blade offers plenty of utility while the smaller sheep foot blade delivers excellent control for detail work. The full flat grind is complimented with a subtle top swedge and logo'd GEC polish finish. The long pull nail groove is perfectly placed for you to pull to a half stop before full deployment. Built from hard working 1095 USA high carbon steel, care is required to prevent corrosion. A unique patina will develop through use and the blade sharpens nicely.
Handle: Construction of the wee lad is reminiscent of a cool glass bottle with back spring, brass liners and pins. Carefully rounded and smooth, this one is dressed in rugged and unique Sambar Stag that is appealing both visually and in the hand. Rounding out the construction are dual, polished nickel silver bolsters, pinched and grooved at the primary end. The Pemberton is sure to be a favorite for users and collectors alike.
Each Pemberton arrives inside its shipping tube, wrapped in wax paper with company info on the front.
1095 High Carbon Tool Steel: Highly popular, simple carbon steel. Used extensively by both production and custom knife makers. Low abrasive wear due to low carbide content but very tough and easy to sharpen. Not corrosion resistant and will rust without proper care.
