Tidioute Cutlery #61 pattern with 2nd cut jig burnt stag handles by Great Eastern Cutlery. Also known as a congress pattern, this knife features four 1095 carbon steel blades which was frozen forged and hammer tested before being polished to a satin finish. Marked "1 of 50" on the secondary blade. The handle is made of 2nd cut jig burnt stag with the traditional Tidioute pinned shield, nickel silver bolsters and brass liners and pins. These come in a unique tube packaging with company information on the front.
