Blade: Equipped with a razor sharp modified Scandinavian grind the broad drop point blade is strong enough for heavy use while delivering versatile performance. Solid Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel construction gives the blade has less flex compared to a laminated steel and allows the spine to be sharpened spine for ferro rod striking. A small micro bevel edge makes the Scandi grind more robust and easier to sharpen and maintain.

Handle: Through tang construction is lightweight and reliable with a handsome, hand finished solid curly birchwood handle topped by a contrasting stainless steel bolster. The hand shaped handle feels like a functional tool, comfortable in almost any grip you can use, with an ample guard for added safety. Sandvik 12C27: A modified AISI 420, Sandvik 12C27 has around 4 times the carbon for higher hardness. Thanks to a high purity and fine carbide microstructure, this steel delivers good corrosion resistance, high hardness and exceptional toughness, allowing for razor sharpness.
