The Heretic Knives Manticore-X is the largest of the Manticore Series of double action, out the front, automatic knives. The Manticore-X has a countered, 3D machined, aircraft grade aluminum handle with strategically placed scallops around the edge that delivers a comfortable and secure grip in the hand. This version comes with a Battleworn black Elmax Tanto blade, black anodized aluminum frame and translucent Jade green G10 back cover with matching slide.

Blade: The long, saber ground, Tanto profile blade combines powerful cutting performance with an elegant slender look. Premium Bohler Elmax stainless steel paired with the grind provides balanced performance and toughness. The blade has a Battleworn Black Cerakote finish that is rugged, discreetly non-reflective and corrosion resistant while hiding wear from use. It deploys via a double action automatic mechanism for fast, smooth operation. Simply press the jade thumb slide up to open and down to close.

Handle: Milled, black anodized aluminum pairs with lightweight and durable G10 to deliver 5.5 inches of handle, long enough for extra large or gloved hands. G10 offers weight reduction with added visual appeal, contrasting with the black aluminum of the frame. Contoured milling and smooth edges on the handle pair with strategically placed scalloped sections for excellent comfort and traction. The front and back of the handles are sterile with company, model and serial number markings on the spine of the frame. Construction is completed with black Torx hardware visible on the back, integral lanyard hole and hardened steel glass breaker inset in the pommel.
