Blade: Tumbled “Battle Black” DLC gives the CPM-20CV Harpoon Spanto blade a discreetly non-reflective and wear hiding wear finish. The strong saber grind and Spanto (spear/Tanto) profile make the blade suited to practical and tactical applications. Deployment is smooth and decisive thanks to a well dialed in detent and factory installed Tri-Way pivot bearings. Index flipper and dual thumbs studs provide multiple deployment options.

Handle: A sweeping, ergonomic design paired with a comfortable thumb scoop and finger grooves for a handle that is comfortable and secure in multiple grips. Strategic jimping and a textured G10 front scale offer traction, while the open back construction makes cleaning and maintenance a breeze. The solid titanium frame lock with a steel lock face insert offers smooth operation and solid lockup for safe use. Liner and frame have a matching Battle Black finish.

Carries via a reversible, right hand only, titanium pocket clip.

CPM-20CV: CPM-20CV (analog to M390 and CTS-204P) is a premium powder metallurgy (PM) stainless steel with some of the highest edge holding and corrosion resistance, while being relatively easy to sharpen. A popular choice for high-end production and custom knives. Relatively high carbide volume and coarse microstructure gives this steel lower toughness.

Tri-Way Pivot: The Tri-Way pivot features milled pockets in the blade and frame comes with smooth operating ball bearing pivot washers installed. By utilizing included steel spacers to fill those pockets, users can get a more classic feel with either nylon or bronze washers also included.
