Hinderer Knives XM-24 Skinny Slicer OD Green G10 DLC S35VN Flipper

The Hinderer XM-24 is the largest knife in the series of XM knives. It was specifically designed for those with larger hands or for use when wearing gloves. Ease of opening and closing one-handed combined with a reliable lock system were also primary considerations, all met within the 24.  This is the "Skinny" version, slimmed down from the standard version for lighter weight, slimmer profile and enhanced cutting performance. The Blade: The blade of this knife is built from robust CPM S35VN, the classic, Hard Use, stainless steel. It comes in a black, Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) Coating that is non-reflective, rugged and corrosion resistant. Hinderer's Slicer Grind which, when paired with the thinner "Skinny" blade, provides exceptional slicing performance. Jimping on the spine and a functional finger choil allow for fine control. This XM-24 has an integrated flipper tab, which also acts as a guard when open. The blade can be deployed via the index flipper or the dual thumb stud/blade stops.

The Handle: This knife has an OD Green G10 front scale, with a titanium liner lying beneath. The rear side is solid CNC machined titanium which comprises the integral frame lock. Hinderer's famous lock bar stabilizer or LBS is present, and a reversible tip up or down carry clip is attached. The XM-24 has open spine construction via barrel spacers and for ease of cleaning and maintenance. The liner, frame lock, pocket clip and back spacers are all finished in the same rugged, matte Black DLC coating as the blade.
