Custom maker Jesse Jarosz is back with another Ka-Bar Knives collaboration in the form of the 7508 Titanium Frame Lock Flipper. This knife is slim and relatively light weight making it a perfect candidate for every day carry while the Tan G10, tumbled Titanium Frame Lock and flipper deployment lend this knife to heavy utility or tactical use. This version comes with a stonewashed, hollow ground, Wharncliffe Blade.

Blade: The beefy Wharncliffe blade is shallow hollow ground for solid performance for general utility work, while the swedge at the tip and near straight cutting edge deliver powerful slicing and piercing performance in martial or defensive use. The index flipper and spine jimping add security and traction during strenuous use. The blade rides on nylon washers and deploys with speed and smooth reliability for decisive operation.

Handle: The slim handle of the 7508 is made from liner-less Tan G10 on the front for texture and weight reduction while the frame lock side is solid titanium for some of the best strength-to-weight ratio available. A steel lock face insert offers smooth and reliable operation. A tumbled, stainless steel backspacer gives the knife great balance in hand and has a large oval cutout for lanyard attachment.

Carries via a Jarosz designed stainless steel pocket clip reversible for right-hand only carry.

AUS-8A Steel  is a low carbon, high chromium stainless steel produced by Aichi Steel Corporation, Japan. We've found it to have an excellent balance between toughness and strength. It offers good corrosion resistance and is capable of acquiring a razor sharp edge. It typically dulls faster than S30V, but has better edge retention than 440C. Sharpening should be a breeze. The "A" signifies that AUS-8 steel has been annealed after the steel has been cold rolled to relieve stress prior to heat treatment.
