As part of the Starter series from Kershaw the Airlock was designed to offer plenty of style and modern features while being easy on the wallet. With a fast, slim look the Airlock has a distinctive cutout in the handle that mirrors the handle shape and texture. This “airlock” window lets you see through to the stainless steel liners while the custom pivot works with the handle machining for an integrated look. Light on the pocket and pocketbook the Airlock SpeedSafe assisted flipper is a great little EDC.

Blade: Bead blast, matte gray stainless steel delivers well-balanced performance with minimal maintenance with a subtle harpoon swedge, reverse Tanto point delivering robust piercing power while the hollow grind slices like a razor. SpeedSafe assisted flipper deployment means that you get fast, reliable, one-hand access to your blade every time. Jimping on the spine offers added control for heavy or fine work.

Handle: Stainless steel liners support textured and contoured glass-filled nylon handle scales that are lightweight, durable and impervious to the elements. The steel liner lock is smooth, reliable and easy to operate for safe use. Layered, milled cutouts in the scales and liners mimic the handle texture for a modern look while also reducing weight for carry. A generous hole is also provided for lanyard attachment.

Carries via a reversible, tip-up, discreet, "pen style" stainless steel clip.
