Kershaw Knives teamed up with Danish maker Jens Anso to bring you the Fraxion manual KVT flipper. The goal was to create a super light, ultra slim modern gentleman's flipper that could easily travel with you to the office or any formal occasion comfortably...and they nailed it!

The Blade: A slim, easy to use clip point style on the Fraxion comes with a sleek upper swedge and rugged Blackwash finish. It has a long section of jimping on the spine and plain edge for ease of sharpening. The blade rides on KVT ball bearings at the pivot and opens swiftly via the integral flipper tab. Dynamite stuff from Mr. Anso and the Kershaw team.

The Handle: Definitely a modern take on the shape and style with machined blue G10 blending into a carbon fiber overlay. The Fraxion was executed well for a robust yet very lightweight platform. An inset liner on the back scale creates the lockup in the open position. It has jimping that makes it easy to use one handed. Open, barrel spacer construction and a reversible tip up pocket clip round out this sharply dressed slicer.
