The Gravel provides the piercing power of a Tanto, but also offers excellent slicing performance with a sweeping belly on the hollow grind. With a durable, all steel construction and discreet, rugged BlackWash finish throughout the Gravel is ready to take on your daily cutting tasks.

A harpoon swedge reverse Tanto profile delivers powerful piercing with good durability while the high hollow grind slices with ease. SpeedSafe assisted flipper deployment means that you get fast, reliable, one-hand access to your blade every time. Jimping on the spine behind the swedge offers added control for heavy or fine work.

Handle: Stonewashed black oxide or "BlackWash" finished stainless steel handle slabs are simple and robust with contoured edges for comfort. The steel frame lock is smooth, reliable and easy to operate while the open back construction offer easy cleaning and maintenance while reducing overall weight. A generous hole is provided for lanyard attachment.

8Cr13MoV: Similar to Japanese AUS-8, 8Cr13MoV is a low carbon, high chromium stainless steel with an excellent balance of toughness and strength. It offers good corrosion resistance and is capable of acquiring a razor sharp edge. Edge holding is significantly lower than S30V but close to 440B. Sharpening should be a breeze.
