The Launch 2 push button automatic knife from Kershaw Knives is tactical, practical and lightning fast. Clean lines and modern good looks on the Launch 2. This version comes with a Stonewashed CPM-154 drop point blade and an Olive Green anodized aluminum handle.

Blade: A useful drop point style blade offers utility for every day slicing and more. It has a plain cutting edge shaving sharpened to just over three inches with a long upper swedge grind for a dagger look. A heavy stonewashed finish and piercing point really set this blade off. It looks as great as it cuts. It fires via a black push button that's recessed to the flat of the handle making accidental firings as difficult as possible. Simply press the button in again to fold the blade to the closed position in the handle. 

Handle: Contoured aluminium handle scales feature a center machined groove on both sides for grip. The integral backspacer and all aluminum construction keep the weight low on the Launch 2. The pommel end is ever so slightly lowered to fit the hand snugly. The handles are anodized a deep Olive Green and laser-engraved with the American Flag on the back of the handle.

Carries via a reversible, tip-up only, stainless steel pocket clip.

CPM-154: CPM-154 is a particle metallurgy version of 154CM that benefits from the refinement in the PM process providing it with an increase in toughness and easy of finishing. CPM-154 takes a very fine edge and is highly corrosion resistant. Edge retention is going to be on-par with CPM S30V while being easier to resharpen. A great all-around blade steel.
