Known as the Random Leek, it retains the same slim, functional and robust design while the reverse Tanto offers added durability at the tip. This version comes in the timeless gray stainless steel frame lock construction with a 14c28n stainless steel blade.

Blade: With three inches of razor sharp cutting edge, the 14c28n blade is hollow ground for exceptional slicing performance and ease of sharpening. A reverse Tanto profile delivers excellent piercing performance with added durability that is ideal for box cutting and other daily tasks. Dual thumb studs and integral flipper tab pair with the SpeedSafe assist fast and reliable one hand operation. Light jimping on the spine adds traction on the thumb ramp for a secure grip.

Handle: Smooth, blasted matte gray stainless steel slabs form the handle with the back slab cut to form the integral frame lock mechanism. The frame lock is smooth, reliable and delivers secure, rock solid lockup for safe use. A Tip-Lock slider safety keeps the blade from deploying unintentionally when closed while construction is rounded out with a partial back spacer, stainless hardware and lanyard hole.

Carries via a two-position pocket clip for tip up or down, right-hand carry.

Sandvik 14c28n: Sandvik stainless steel specifically developed for knife blades. The addition of the nitrogen should improve corrosion resistance and hardness. Working hardness from 55-62 HRC. Very fine-grained alloy, which is good news for any type of the knife. Offers a good combination of corrosion resistance, edge stability, wear resistance and strength.
