Blade: Just over two inches of hollow ground recurve cutting edge delivers exceptional slicing while retaining a compact size. The blade ends in a fine spear point thanks to a top swedge. The blade is coated with a black DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) that is tough, non-reflective and corrosion resistant. The blade deploys via the index flipper tab with SpeedSafe Assisted action for fast and reliable deployment.

Handle: Beefy polymer handle scales are attached to stainless steel liners with black Torx hardware. The scales are thick and textured for a comfortable secure grip that stays with you all day. A tip-lock slide near the bottom of the handle can be engaged to prevent accidental opening of the blade while the stainless steel liner lock offers secure lockup during use and simple, intuitive operation. A hole is provided for lanyard attachment.

Carries via a right hand, tip-down stainless steel pocket clip.

420HC Stainless Steel: 420HC is a stainless steel that provides excellent rust resistance, ease of re-sharpening and moderate edge retention while being exceptionally tough for a stainless steel. With proper heat treat it is said to preform similarly to VG-10 in wear resistance.
