The Liong Mah Designs Lanny takes its inspiration from the classic Tony Bose design Lanny's Clip Point. This isn't you're granddad' slip joint though. Liong Mah took his inspiration and ran with creating a highly functional and utilitarian modern folder with classic elements. The mind of Liong Mah and the high quality fit and finish of Reate come together for the win again!

The Blade: This Lanny sports a more subtle clip point and a compound ground blade that is as eye-catching as it is functional. The flat ground tip provides strength at the point while a hand rubbed satin finish, hollow ground primary edge offers high end slicing performance. The CPM S35VN blade delivers high level wear and corrosion resistance with enhanced toughness over S30V. Dual fullers add to the classic look while jimping on the spine offers traction and a comfortable thumb rest during powerful cuts. Flipper deployment is fast and smooth on a ceramic bearing pivot in keeping with the modern build.

The Handle: Titanium bolster lock construction is the foundation of the Lanny. The wire wheel finished bolsters are fitted perfectly with dovetailed green canvas micarta scales and the whole thing is put together with gold anodized titanium hardware. The Lanny carries via a sleek 3D machined, wire wheel finished titanium pocket clip that can be set up for left or right hand, tip-up carry.

Designed by Liong Mah the Lanny is built to the tightest tolerances with some of the best fit & finish in the industry by David Deng of Reate Knives. It ships in a zipper pouch with patch and microfiber. Brand new from designer Liong Mah.
