Blade: The slim, San Mai VG10 stainless steel blade comes with a unique, random pattern, deep acid etched finish and slicing hollow grind. A VG10 core offers modern performance while the outer cladding enhances corrosion resistance and durability and creates a faux hamon line. Custom hand-ground texture runs the full length of the spine from tip to pommel.

Handle: Faceted, dyed and stabilized wood inlaid into the skeletonized tang forms a striking and ergonomic gem-like hand finish textured handle. The flats have a subtle wave milling and the same random pattern etch as the blade. The bottom of the handle is mirror polished for eye-catching style and comfort.

Comes in a wood presentation box with Platinum Label card and Leather sheath.

San Mai VG10: Three layer sandwich construction consists of a VG10 core, a high-carbon Japanese stainless steel popular in Japanese kitchen knives, and an outer cladding of mild stainless steel for unique visual appeal along with enhanced toughness and corrosion resistance.
