Details
The Mcusta Tsuchi Japanese Bushi Sword folding knife is a refined blend of Gentleman's and Tactical folders with a classic Japanese aesthetic. The simple and ergonomic handle is made from black anodized aluminum with "X" milling for traction. The star of the show is the 33 layered nickel Damascus blade with hammer finished flats and a high performance VG10 core. Simple, elegant and refined, the Mcusta Tsuchi Bushi folder is the perfect choice for dress carry and every day use.
Brand new directly from Mcusta Knives.
Blade: Crafted from San Mai Damascus clad VG-10 stainless steel, the drop point blade has a nearly full flat grind for excellent slicing and piercing performance while retaining good durability. A crowned spine and hammer finished flats lend it some serious style. It opens smoothly on Teflon washers via dual blue anodized thumb stud/stop pins. The Damascus cladding delivers a unique pattern and a faux Hamon is visible where it meets the VG10 core.
Handle: Black anodized aluminum scales are contoured for comfort and tapered to the pommel end in traditional Japanese style. A series of milled Xs down either scale help add traction in the hand. A single steel liner provides the foundation of the knife and creates the secure liner lock mechanism as well as extending to form the integral pocket clip. Barrel spacers complete the open back construction and holes on either side allow for lanyard attachment.
Carries via an integral, right hand, tip-down, stainless steel pocket clip.
