Japanese for "luxury" or "indulgence" you will find the Zanmai Classic Pro series to be just that. Premium VG10 San Mai Damascus delivers a blade that looks as good as it performs while the black Pakkawood composite handle offers a familiar natural wood feel with the added benefit of modern composite materials. For food aficionados the Zanmai Classic Pro Steak Knives are stunning and capable tools for meat slicing as well as light boning, filleting, and utility work. This is a 4-piece set.

Brand new, direct from Mcusta.

Blades: The fully flat ground blades are San Mai Damascus stainless steel with a VG10 core for style and performance. Damascus outer layers protect and support hardened steel center layers that form the cutting edge. The thin, 120 mm blades make excellent meat slicers and have a moderate flex to handle detailed cutting chores including filleting and light utility work.

Handles: The modified European style handles have a hidden tang construction for clean aesthetics with durable black Pakkawood framed by red liners and attached with stainless pins and a central mosaic pin. Stainless steel butt caps and bolsters round out construction for lightweight and well-balanced handles.

San Mai Damascus: Three layer sandwich construction consists of a VG10 core, a high-carbon Japanese stainless steel popular in Japanese kitchen knives, and outer cladding of 33 layer nickel Damascus for unique visual appeal along with enhanced toughness and corrosion resistance.
