Medford's "Big Knife" performance is distilled down into a slim, lightweight, everyday carry package in the Praetorian Slim. With a capable build and size, the Praetorian Slim is similar in size to the Praetorian Genesis. The Slim is scaled down in thickness and weight offering a Medford designed for daily carry in your pocket, pack or purse…even works well in dress slacks. This Flipper version has a tumbled S35VN drop point blade, matching titanium handle with blue laser engraved filigree pattern on the front and blue anodized hardware and clip.

Blade: The drop point blade comes with a tumbled finish and a deep hollow grind. Optimal slicing performance is delivered via the high hollow grind and 1/8" thick CPM-S35VN construction while the tip provides solid piercing ability. Dual blade fullers and a generous index flipper allow for ambidextrous operation riding smooth on the ball bearing pivot. An exposed portion of the tang can be used as a glass breaker in emergencies with the blade closed.

Handle: Two 1/8" slabs of tumbled titanium are joined with blue anodized barrel spacers and screws in a lightweight open back construction for slim carry and a full grip. The front scale is milled with finger groove divots for enhanced traction with a handsome laser engraved, anodized filigree pattern. On the back the integral frame lock spring provides solid lock up for safe use. Includes an S3 hard case for storage and transport.

Carries via a right-hand titanium pocket clip.

CPM-S35VN: Modified CPM-S30V designed for improved toughness (15-20%) and ease of machining and polishing. Well-balanced for daily use, S35VN has better edge retention and toughness compared to 440C or VG10, with equivalent corrosion resistance.
