This version has a Vulcan finished CPM-3V drop point blade and silver faced bronze anodized “Falling Leaves” milled handles.

Blade: Made from ultra-tough, beefy CPM-3V, the drop point blade has a mid-height hollow grind for powerful slicing and Medford's non-reflective Vulcan finish for style. The fine tip is great for piercing and detail work while still retaining good strength. Phosphor bronze washers deliver smooth ambidextrous operation via the large blade fullers. Aggressive jimping on the spine transitions into the handle for exceptional traction.

Handle: Two beefy slabs of titanium and a PVD coated D2 back spacer form the handle with striking silver faced bronze anodized finish and “Falling Leaves” milling for visual appeal and traction. Matching titanium hardware, faced and flamed pivot and pocket clip and the striker pommel back spacer complete the build. Both slabs and blade comes marked with an individual serial number. Includes a padded hard case for transportation and storage, along with a handmade Stars and Crosses Samurai Sack pouch.

Carries via a right-hand milled titanium clip.

CPM-3V: A high carbon alloy steel that is extremely tough and has enough chromium to have some corrosion resistance, it requires care and maintenance. High toughness translates to a stable edge that can be ground thin for enhanced performance. 3V has good edge retention, approaching VG-10 and CPM-154, with more than 3x the toughness.
