Details
Designed by custom knife maker Sebastijan Berenji, the principle of Borka Blades, the Microtech SBD dagger is an aggressive, tactical fixed blade with a wide double edge dagger blade. Full tang construction sports dual guards, crowned spine and contoured and textured handle scales for a secure, comfortable grip. This version has a stonewashed M390 blade with dual plain standard edges and black G10 handle scales.
Brand new, direct from Microtech Knives.
Blade: The premium Bohler M390 dagger blade is saber ground for a balance of strength and cutting performance with razor sharp dual plain cutting edges and a robust point. The stonewashed grinds deliver a rugged look that is visually appealing and hides wear from use with handsome satin flats for a subtle contrast.
Handle: The full tang blade supports 3D machined and contoured black G10 handle scales that are securely attached with stainless steel Torx hardware. The spine is proud to the scales and crowned for a more ergonomic feel while strategic jimping around the handle delivers added traction in the hand. A hole at the pommel end allows for lanyard attachment.
Carries via a carbon fiber pattern Kydex sheath with metal spring clip.
Bohler M390: Bohler M390 (analog to CPM-20CV and CTS-204P) is a premium powder metallurgy (PM) stainless steel with high level edge retention and corrosion resistance. A popular choice for high-end production and custom knives, M390 is relatively easy to sharpen, with toughness on par with 440C/154CM.
