The Double Edge Combat Troodon out-the-front automatic knife by Microtech is a substantial tool, popular among military, law enforcement and first responders. Its large size lends itself to situations requiring a more robust cutting tool while remaining slender enough to keep on your person daily. Like its bird-like dinosaur namesake this Troodon is ready to strike. This version comes with a Stonewashed CTS-204P double edge (one serrated, one plain) blade and Black anodized aluminum handles.

Blade: A wide spear point blade ground and sharpened a razor edge on both sides: one sports a clean slicing plain edge, the other is fully serrated to make short work of tough, fibrous materials. The premium, CTS-204P stainless steel was chosen for its exceptional performance and is finished with a rugged Stonewashed finish to hide wear while looking great. It is engaged via a dual action automatic mechanism. Simply press the side thumb slide up to open and then back down to close. Fast, smooth and reliable.

Handle: Black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum offers 5.25 inches of handle, excluding the breaker, substantial enough for even the largest or gloved hands. It has a smooth feel with machined grooves perfectly placed on both outer sides. This version is built with Microtech's proprietary hardware, integrated glass breaker end and pocket clip. Each is individually numbered and dated around the Microtech 'Talon' logo on the front of the knife.

Carries via a right hand, tip-up only, stainless steel pocket clip.

CTS-204P: A highly wear-resistant, powder metallurgy stainless steel, CTS-204P has some of the highest edge retention and corrosion resistance available. CTS-204P is similar in performance to CPM-20CV and Bohler's M390.
