Details

Microtech Cypher MK 7 is a production version of the A. Marfione/D.C. Munroe collaboration. This out the front automatic knife is a substantial tool, yet insanely lightweight for its size. It's slender enough to keep on your person daily while the blade length will lend itself to an extended serious use. The Cypher MK 7 is one collaboration you won't want to miss out on and has lots of Monroe style including the handle milling and 3D machined titanium pocket clip. This version comes with a two-tone Black and Satin blade, Black hardware and Gray handle.

Brand new item directly from Microtech Knives, USA.

Blade: The long Double Edge blade combines powerful cutting performance with an elegant slender look. Premium stainless Elmax steel was chosen for its edge retention and corrosion resistant properties and with dual plain edges for double the cutting performance. The grinds have a durable black DLC coating while the flats are satin finished. It deploys via a dual action automatic mechanism for fast, smooth operation. Simply press the thumb slide up to open and then back down to close.

Handle: Milled, Gray anodized aluminum offers over 5 inches of handle, long enough for extra large or gloved hands. It has contoured milling with smooth edges for excellent hand and finger placement. It is built with Microtech's proprietary Black hardware, matching integrated titanium striker pommel with lanyard hole and titanium pocket clip. The side of the handle includes the production date, individual serial number and logos.

Carries via a right hand, tip-up 3D machined titanium pocket clip.

Bohler Elmax: Elmax has become an extremely popular choice for high-end user grade knives thanks to its extreme edge retention. Elmax also has a good corrosion resistance, meaning most users can avoid corrosion (rust) by simply wiping off their blade after each use. Another great feature of this steel is its ability to resist burr formation during sharpening. Elmax has very similar performance to M390 and is used interchangeably by Microtech.
