The California Legal Exocet is a dual action mini out the front automatic knife from Microtech that's one of the most friendly for everyday carry. The diminutive size is perfect for watch pocket or even key ring carry. Not only is it perfect for everyday slicing, but it doubles as a handy money clip. This version has a deep "Merlot" red anodized, contoured aluminum handle, tumbled bronzed Double Edge CTS-204P blade and matching hardware.

Blade: Equipped with 1.98 inches of premium, American CTS-204P steel, the double edge blade has two razor sharp plain cutting edges. The blade provides high-end edge retention and corrosion resistance. Finished in a tumbled, bronzed PVD coating the blade has a handsome, rugged look perfect for dress carry. The sub-2 inch blade features a double action opening and retracting mechanism. Fast, smooth, automatic operation is achieved with a simple press of the bronze thumb slide on the side of the handle: up to deploy and down to retract. An internal spring remains at rest in both the open and closed position to reduce wear.

Handle: A Merlot hard anodized, 6061-T6 aluminum handle has rounded edges with texturing holds creating not only a comfortable feel in-hand but a smooth transition in and out of your pocket. The bonus widened "money" pocket clip adds a bit of gentleman to this OTF automatic. Ergonomic and contoured, the handle's construction is completed with Microtech's proprietary Bronze anodized hardware, looped hole end knocker and clip with individual serial number/date of production.

CTS-204P: A highly wear-resistant, powder metallurgy stainless steel, CTS-204P has some of the highest edge retention and corrosion resistance available. CTS-204P is similar in performance to CPM-20CV and Bohler's M390.
