This version has a black contoured handle and two-tone black, partially serrated CTS-204P Drop Point blade.

Blade: Equipped with a two-tone black/satin finish, the drop point has a partially serrated cutting edge to make quick work of tough, fibrous materials while still offering clean slicing performance. Utilitarian in design, the drop point blade is made from high performance, American CTS-204P stainless steel for optimal edge retention and corrosion resistance. The grinds and fullers have a durable, black Cerakote coating while the flats and spine are satin finished. Deploying via a fast, smooth double action mechanism, the 3.44 inch blade deliver plenty of cutting edge for everyday tasks. Operation is simple: move the thumb slide on the side of the handle up to deploy and down to retract.

Handle: Smooth, black coated 6061-T6 aluminum has contoured edges creating not only a comfortable feel in-hand but a smooth transition in and out of your pocket. There are several areas of machine-grooved texturing around the outsides aiding in grip. This lighter more ergonomic grip is easy on the hands and eyes. Construction is completed with Microtech's proprietary hardware, glass breaker end and blasted pocket clip with individual serial number and date of production.

CTS-204P: A highly wear-resistant, powder metallurgy stainless steel, CTS-204P has some of the highest edge retention and corrosion resistance available. CTS-204P is similar in performance to CPM-20CV and Bohler's M390.
