The Ultratech II has a new Stepside modified handle milling for enhanced traction and weight reduction. This Signature Series version has a black handle and stonewashed double edge M390 blade.

Blade: The double edge blade has a rugged, wear hiding stonewashed finish with fine satin flats. Dual plain cutting edges offer clean slicing performance. Double action automatic operation is fast, smooth, and reliable. Move the thumb slide up to deploy and down to retract. An internal spring remains at rest in both positions to reduce wear.

Handle: A hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum handle has chamfered edges for comfort paired with high traction milling and jimping for a secure grip even in adverse conditions. Gray proprietary hardware completes the construction, along with the clip and glass breaker end. Date of production and serial # are marked on the clip.

Carries via a right-hand stainless steel deep carry clip.

Bohler M390: Bohler M390 (analog to CPM-20CV and CTS-204P) is a premium powder metallurgy (PM) stainless steel with high carbide content for some of the highest edge retention and corrosion resistance, while being relatively easy to sharpen. A popular choice for high-end production and custom knives. Relatively high carbide volume and coarse microstructure gives this steel lower toughness.
