Same great design and quality American production in a more compact package. This version has a Black anodized aluminum handle and a black coated M390 double edge blade with one fully serrated edge.

Blade: Equipped with a black poly-ceramic Cerakote finish, the blade has a dual, razor sharp cutting edges. One edge is fully serrated to make short work of tough, fibrous materials while the other is a clean slicing plain edge. The dagger like double edge blade tapers to a fine piercing point and is made from high performance, Bohler M390 stainless steel for exceptional performance. Durable Cerakote coating holds up against wear from use, enhances corrosion resistance and is discreetly non-reflective. The 3.125 inch blade features a double action mechanism for fast, smooth operation. Simply move the thumb slide on the side of the handle up to deploy and down to retract. An internal spring remains at rest in both the open and closed position to reduce wear.

Handle: Smooth, Black hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum has rounded edges for a comfortable in-hand feel and smooth transition in and out of your pocket. Several areas of machine-grooved texturing around the outsides enhance traction while the contoured design enhances ergonomics, aesthetics and reduces the weight for carry. Construction is completed with Microtech's proprietary hardware, glass breaker end and pocket clip with individual serial number/date of production.

Bohler M390: Bohler M390 has become an extremely popular choice for high-end user grade knives thanks to its extreme edge retention. M390 also has a good corrosion resistance, meaning most users can avoid problems by simply wiping off their blade after each use. Another great feature of this steel is its ability to resist burr formation during sharpening. Comparable steels are CTS-204P and Duratech 20CV.
