At 15% smaller than the Ultratech (85% the size), the double action out-the-front automatic UTX-85 from Microtech makes an even friendlier everyday carry option than its full-sized cousin. Same great design and quality American production in a more compact package. The Signature Series UTX-85 II features Stepside handle milling for enhanced traction and weight reduction. This Tactical version has a black handle and hardware with a two-tone black M390 single edge drop point blade.

Blade: Equipped with a two-tone finish, the drop point blade has a single razor sharp, plain edge for clean slicing utility. Black Cerakote coating on the grinds resists wear and is discreetly non-reflective while fine satin flats and spine deliver a classy look. Double action automatic operation is fast, smooth, and reliable. Move the thumb slide up to deploy and down to retract. An internal spring remains at rest in both the open and closed position to reduce wear.

Handle: A hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum handle has chamfered edges for comfort paired with high traction milling and jimping for a secure grip even in adverse conditions. Tactical black proprietary hardware completes the construction, along with the clip and glass breaker end.

Carries via a right hand stainless steel pocket clip.
