MKM Mikita x Rumici Hero Satin M390 Marbled Carbon Fiber Advanced Back Lock Folder HR-CFT

Prolific Italian designer Tommaso Rumici (Viper Dan, Steel Will Piercer, LionSteel H Series) teams up with MKM and the Mikita network to deliver the Hero. Built with a rugged Advanced Back Lock mechanism and integral titanium bolster and liner construction the Hero offers a stylish and easy to carry folder that is large enough for more demanding tasks. This version has a satin finished M390 blade, gray titanium bolsters with blue pivot collars and marbled carbon fiber scales.

Blade: Practical and tactical, the 4 mm thick satin finished M390 classic drop point blade sports a nearly full flat grind offers balancing strength and cutting performance. A bearing pivot provides smooth operation and snappy deployment via the ambidextrous dual thumb studs with jimping on the crowned spine for added traction. This is a full size blade capable of serious use in both urban and outdoor environments.

Handle: Matte gray titanium liners with integral bolsters support the striking marbled carbon fiber handles scales which are contoured for comfort. The generous handle is designed to allow multiple holds for optimal versatility and a secure grip for safety in heavy use. The Advanced Back Lock system retains the strength and function of a traditional back lock utilizing two wire springs for ease of operation.

Carries via a reversible titanium deep carry clip.

A popular choice for high-end production and custom knives, M390 is relatively easy to sharpen, with toughness on par with 440C/154CM.
