MKM and the Mikita network, deliver another wonderful collaborative design with Jesper Voxnaes with the Timavo flipper. The aesthetics are inspired by the waves and forms of a flowing river while the overall design is all about function. This version comes with contoured black canvas Micarta handle scales and a stonewashed M390 blade.

Blade: The utilitarian drop point blade of the Timavo is made from stonewashed finished Bohler M390 and equipped with a nearly full flat grind for excellent slicing performance. The blade rides on a ball bearing pivot for fast, smooth flipper deployment. A crowned spine adds a subtle element of style while the generous finger choil provides added control for fine cutting tasks.

Handle: Stainless steel liners support 3D contoured canvas Micarta handle scales for rugged, high traction performance. The handles are nicely contoured for a secure and ergonomic grip with an open back construction for ease of maintenance. A stainless steel liner lock delivers solid lockup for safe use with flawless operation.

Carries via a right-hand stainless steel deep carry wire clip.

Bohler M390: Bohler M390 (analog to CPM-20CV and CTS-204P) is a premium powder metallurgy (PM) stainless steel with high level edge retention and corrosion resistance. A popular choice for high-end production and custom knives, M390 is relatively easy to sharpen, with toughness on par with 440C/154CM.
