NiteCore SC2 SuperB Battery Charger

The Nitecore SC2 can charge most rechargeable batteries even the newer IMR technology. It automatically can detect non-rechargeable batteries and can select the correct current and voltage based on the battery's capacity. Each individual bay can charge at it's own rate with user configurable four amp charge rates and four user selectable voltages for IMR / Li-ion / LiFePO4. There is also a USB port that can be used instead of charge slot two to power a device up to 2000mAh. 

This smart charger has several safety features like reverse polarity, short circuit protection and on-board temperature monitoring. For added safety, there is automatic power-off that stops the current when the charge is finished and overtime protection if battery takes longer than 10 hours. Of course there is reverse polarity and short circuit protection, on-board temperature monitoring. Housing gets warm but never hot with a heat-dissipating design and fire retardant/flame resistant materials.
