Northfield UN-X-LD Cutlery #79 pattern with Burnt Stag handles by Great Eastern Cutlery. Also known as the WorkHorse pattern, this knife features two 1095 carbon steel blades which were frozen forged and hammer tested before being polished to a mirror finish. The handle is made of stag with UN-X-LD pinned shield, pinched nickel silver bolsters, brass liners and pins. These come in a unique tube packaging with company information on the front.
