Strider Knives and Protech have teamed up to deliver an American made automatic version of the iconic SnG folder. Protech provides high-tech American production for affordability, performance, and precision construction. The Pro-Strider SnG auto is a high quality collaboration, bringing the best features from the SnG design and Protech's manufacturing to a single knife. This limited USN 2021 Gathering GXII Operator Series version comes in an externally sterile all black finish with a Tritium inlaid push button. One of a 50 piece run.

Blade: Made from 154CM stainless steel the iconic SnG drop point comes with a durable, corrosion resistant and non-reflective black DLC coating for discreet operation. Offering a good mix of strength and slicing performance, the mid-height saber grind is an ideal pair with the Strider design. A button operated coil spring automatic mechanism provides snappy, one-hand deployment.

Handle: The classic Strider handle design comes in super tough 7075 aluminum with a black Class III military grade hard anodized coating and matching hardware. Secure and comfortable in a variety of grip positions, the handle is very lightweight and has no external markings. Additionally, this Operator Series knife has a rock solid button lock mechanism with Tritium insert for low-light indexing. The interior of the frame comes marked “GXII # of 50”.

Carries via a right-hand titanium Strider pocket clip.

Crucible 154CM: Originally developed as a stainless bearing steel, 154CM is an improved version of 440C with added molybdenum that offers improved resistance to pitting from corrosion, higher hardness for better edge retention and toughness similar to 440C. Similar to Hitachi ATS-34.
