Blade: The drop point blade is made of American 154CM stainless steel providing a great balance of qualities for excellent every day performance. The high height saber grind offers exceptional slicing performance with balanced durability while the top swedge delivers powerful piercing performance. The plain edge blade is finished with a matte black DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coating that resists wear and corrosion and offers added discretion for use. The blade deploys via a push button operated coil spring mechanism that is fast and smooth for easy one-handed operation. A secondary slide "safety" is built-in for secure carry.

Handle: 6061-T6 Anodized aluminum makes the Tactical Response both tough and lightweight with a black hard anodized finish that is durable and non-reflective. Milled Fish Scale texture provides a comfortable and secure grip in the hand with subtle jimping for indexing as well as enhanced traction. Matte gray hardware rounds out the construction of this truly tactical automatic folder.
