Details

The QSP Eagle is a powerful daily carry karambit with talon like hawkbill blade and feather texture G10 scales for traction and style. This liner lock flipper is fast, smooth and solid making it ideal for utility and defensive use. This version comes with a two-tone D2 tool steel blade and blue G10 scales with black pivot collars.

Brand new, direct from QSP Knives.

Blade: Satin grinds and black stonewashed flats and spine give the D2 tool steel blade a handsome look. The saber grind and forward swedge deliver a solid balance of performance and strength while the ball bearing pivot gives smooth operation and fast flipper deployment.

Handle: Contoured G10 scales sport feather texture for good traction and ride atop skeletonized steel liners for dependably robust build with a contrasting pivot collar for color contrast. Inside the liners are the blade and G10 back spacer which extends with the liners to form the karambit ring which has subtle jimping for traction and smooth transitions. The scalloped liner lock is easy to operate and rock solid for safe use.

Carries via a right hand stainless steel pocket clip.

D2 Tool Steel: Used as a die cutting steel since WW II, D2 offers a good combination of hardness and wear resistance with moderate toughness and stain resistance. High chromium content for a tool steel (10-13%) gives D2 better corrosion resistance than most high carbon steels.
