The Blade: Bohler M390 is well known in the knife world as having some of the best wear and corrosion resistance available. Paired with the compound ground blade, a saber ground forward edge with a mid-height hollow grind on the recurve, allow this blade to deliver devastating cutting performance. A nearly full length swedge helps balance both the look and feel of the blade while enhancing piercing performance. A ceramic ball bearing pivot gives the K-4 silky smooth deployment via the index flipper.
The Handle: Ergonomic and contoured, the K-4 is very comfortable in the hand and has no shortage of detail with fine milling, polished milled lines, carbon fiber inlays, and black ceramic ball insets. The K-4 is a knife that looks gorgeous without being extravagant. This version is anodized bronze and tumble finished with matching backspacer and 3D machined titanium pocket clip. The clip is tip-up right hand only. Polished titanium hardware complement the milled lines of the handle and the titanium frame lock delivers smooth, solid operation thanks to the steel insert which doubles as over travel protection.

About Bohler M390 - Made with Bohler's 3rd generation PM process M390 features very high wear and corrosion resistance with a fine grain structure and high working hardness, up to 62HRC. M390 delivers excellent performance with both coarse and high polished edges. The fine grain structure also makes M390 relatively easy to sharpen and along with the high level of corrosion resistance make this a very low maintenance steel.
