The in house designed Reate Tribute offers a simple, elegant design inspired by classic folding pocket knives delivered in precision machined, high performance materials and modern construction. Built on a titanium liner lock foundation the Tribute is a bearing driven front flipper with handsome Zirconium bolsters and carbon fiber scales along with a Bohler M390 drop point blade. This version comes in Reate's Hand rubbed Satin finish.

Blade: Riding smooth on the ceramic bearing pivot, the blade can be deployed fast or slow via the front flipper tab, adapting to the situation at hand. When open the flipper tab is completely housed within the handle for a clean user experience. A simple drop point blade has a high saber grind and nearly full length swedge delivering balanced slicing, piercing and durability. This version comes with a full hand rubbed satin finish on the grinds, swedge and flats.

Handle:  Blasted titanium liners house the blade and matching partial back spacer while supporting handsome carbon fiber scales and Zirconium bolsters for a blend of modern and classic style. Contoured for comfort, the handle has a neutral design for versatility in use and smooth in pocket carry. One liner forms the locking mechanism delivering smooth operation and solid lockup. Satin titanium hardware, bronze anodized pivot rings and a generous lanyard hole complete the construction.

Carries via a tip-up, right hand, 3D machined titanium pocket clip.

Bohler M390: Bohler M390 has become an extremely popular choice for high-end user grade knives thanks to its exceptional edge retention. M390 also has a good corrosion resistance, meaning most users can avoid problems by simply wiping off their blade after each use. Another great feature of this steel is the ability to resist burr formation during sharpening. Comparable steels are CTS-204P and Duratech 20CV.
