The blade is a traditional Bowie-style clip point made from high performance, American CPM-20CV, hand ground and satin finished by Rick himself. The handles are full titanium with traditional hole pattern milling in a two-tone blue anodized and satin finish. Blade: Rick Hinderer hand ground the blade from high performance, American CPM-20CV for optimal performance and finished in a beautiful machine satin for a high-end look. This is the only Bowie profile currently made in this platform and it has a classic appeal. The wicked clip point and deep hollow grind are all performance and Rick has signed the blade himself. The blade rides on phosphor bronze washers for smooth, reliable operation.

Handle: Solid titanium handle scales are milled with a traditional hole pattern and delivered in a two-tone finish: satin on the flats and blue anodized on the sides. Inserts one the handles are also anodized blue as well as the titanium spacers and latch that round out the construction. The handles have a solid heft for fast, smooth cycling.

CPM 20CV: CPM 20CV is a highly wear resistant, powder metallurgy stainless tool steel, an analog to Bohler's M390, and offers some of the best corrosion resistance and wear resistance in combination with a relative ease of sharpening. These properties along with a working hardness in the low 60s HRC make 20CV a prime choice among custom and production makers.
