Hinderer Knives Maximus 3.5" Folding Dagger 20CV DLC Two-Tone Carbon Fiber

The Maximus folding pocket Dagger from Rick Hinderer Knives is a throwback to tactical blades in the truest sense. This Maximus isn't messing around. It has a 3.5 inch CPM 20CV dagger blade outfitted with a Dagger Grind featuring two, razor sharp cutting edges. This DLC Two-Tone version has black DLC coating on the blade grinds, frame and hardware for a truly tactical look with satin flats on the blade and Carbon Fiber overlays for a touch of class.

The Blade: A 3.125 inch sharpened edge on each side of the blade meet in a wicked piercing point. The Maximus opens lightning quick via a swift pull down of the integral flipper tab which makes up half of the dual guard and locks solidly into position. Close with the opposite tab being extra careful of that double razor edge when closing. This DLC Two-tone edition sports a CPM 20CV blade which delivers top-of-the-line edge retention and corrosion resistance. The finish is satin of the flats with durable, non-reflective black DLC on the grinds for a more discreet look.

The Handle: The frame is fully Black DLC coated titanium built with finger grip comfort in mind. The genius is both sides are machined in the same fashion giving its user the same, reliable grip every time no matter which hand the Maximus is in. Speaking of grip, Hinderer added smooth Carbon Fiber overlays that add a point of traction in the hand and give this Maximus a high-class look. Construction is completed with black hardware including DLC coated titanium standoff, filler tab and reversible, tip-up titanium pocket clip.

About CPM-20CV: A highly wear resistant, powder metallurgy stainless tool steel. This steel contains a large volume of extremely hard vanadium carbides which provide excellent wear resistance. CPM-20CV contains the highest amount of chromium of any high-vanadium stainless steel currently available. The chromium-rich matrix provides outstanding corrosion resistance.
